Checkout Status

GGUUAI TECH LTD is preparing secure card checkout through a licensed payment service provider. Card details will be collected and processed through a hosted checkout flow. GGUUAI TECH LTD does not store card numbers on its servers.

Available Plans

  • Starter: USD 0/month
  • Standard: USD 199/month, or USD 159/month when billed annually
  • Pay As You Go: custom top-up amount, USD 1 = 100 software usage credits
  • Professional: USD 599/month, or USD 479/month when billed annually

Trial Account Rules

Trial accounts are available by contacting our sales team. Trial access is manually approved and provisioned, requires no payment card, and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. The trial duration and feature scope are confirmed by sales before activation. Paid access starts only when a customer actively selects a Standard or Professional plan and completes checkout after live payment processing is enabled.

Subscription Rules

Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis according to the selected billing cycle. Customers may cancel before the next billing date to stop future renewals. Pay As You Go top-ups are prepaid software usage credits, not subscriptions, and do not renew automatically. Credits may be used for one-off deep analysis, temporary full-store analysis, and other metered analysis tasks inside the GGUUAI SaaS platform. Credits have no cash value, are not withdrawable, are not transferable, and are not a stored-value or e-money product. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Authorization and Cancellation

Before live payment is enabled, the checkout flow will show the selected plan, amount, currency, billing frequency, renewal rule, cancellation method, and links to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. For recurring subscriptions, customers authorize recurring billing only by actively completing checkout for a paid plan. Customers may cancel future renewals at any time by signing in to the GGUUAI SaaS platform and going to Account & Subscription > Subscription Information > Cancel Subscription. Customers may also email billing@gguuai.cc with their account email and transaction reference before the next billing date for billing support.

Payment-page Subscription Terms

For any recurring subscription checkout, the payment page must disclose and the customer must review the following terms before payment is submitted:

  • Recurring billing authorization: by completing checkout, the customer authorizes GGUUAI TECH LTD and its payment provider to charge the selected payment method on each renewal date until cancellation.
  • Renewal notice: Standard and Professional plans renew automatically monthly or annually according to the selected billing cycle.
  • Charge disclosure: the checkout page shows the plan name, amount, currency, billing frequency, and next renewal rule before payment.
  • Cancellation path: customers may cancel future renewals in the SaaS platform under Account & Subscription > Subscription Information > Cancel Subscription, or by emailing billing@gguuai.cc with the account email and transaction reference before the next billing date.
  • Policy links: the checkout page links to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy before payment authorization.
