Yes. Customers may request upgrades or downgrades. Subscription changes generally take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
Card checkout is being prepared through a licensed payment service provider. Once approved and enabled, we expect to accept major international credit and debit cards through a hosted checkout flow.
We support data imports from major marketplaces such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Amazon, and similar seller platforms. Customers may upload exported Excel or CSV reports where API authorization is not available.
Store onboarding requires basic ownership checks. Where platform API authorization is available, the merchant must complete the official authorization flow. Where API authorization is not available, we may request seller-center screenshots, exported reports showing the store identifier, domain or store URL checks, or other evidence before analysis is enabled.
Customers may upload or authorize product, traffic, conversion, order-summary, refund-summary, inventory, and marketing-performance data needed for analytics. We do not request raw payment card data or unnecessary personal data for analytics.
The platform applies keyword screening, prohibited-category checks, marketplace policy reminders, and target-market advertising compliance prompts. Users must review and approve generated content before publishing it to any marketplace or advertising channel.
We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for data transmission. Card checkout will be processed through a hosted checkout flow after approval, and GGUUAI does not store raw card numbers.
